After your consultation we will send you a proposal, upon acceptance, the fun begins!
We design away preparing our A plan to transform your home, to appeal to a wider market.
You set the date and we arrive ready to make over your home ready for photographer and your realtor to list on line ready to sell!
Do we have to buy everything new?
No, not usually. In fact, we know you want more bang for your buck and realise most people can't afford to do that. So where possible we prefer to work with your key pieces, sometimes removing furniture and clutter and bringing in key pieces of furniture, homewares, art, mirrors and floral arrangements to bring your space alive.
We are not a one-size-fits-all property styling business. Every home is different and every home has different needs. This is why we carry out a extensive consultation and design your staging to suit your needs.
What happens if we need tradies?
We can discuss that further in your consultation and give you some choices. Occasionally, homes do have bright feature walls or tiled splash-back that just doesn't scrub up with elbow grease. Now ordinarily this is fine, but sometimes buyers get a mental block and can't get past little things like that so we will make suggestions that we believe for a small outlay will increase your return and make your home more appealing to prospective buyers. Not only, will we make suggestions on the interior of your home but we will also include an overview of how to capture the buyers attention with curbside appeal too. Now gardening is not our thing but we are happy to orchestrate the curbside makeover including this in our proposal.
